Do I need an account?
Booking needs an account, and making one is a text message: you give a mobile number at the moment you book and type the six digits we send back. Looking, comparing prices and messaging a business need no account at all, and neither does opening a booking you already have — the link in your confirmation still works on any phone. A card is needed as well once paying on the site is switched on, which it is not yet.
How do I pay?
Nothing is paid on this site yet. Booking holds the appointment, asks for no card and takes no money, and you settle the price with the business directly. The design is that the labour is paid for here, on the site, at the moment you book — with no cash and nothing paid at the door — but that part is not built yet.
What happens if the job needs a part?
The business sends you a price for the part in your messages. Nothing is fitted until you approve that price, and once paying on the site is switched on that approval is also what charges you for it.
Who sets the price for car wash and detailing?
The business doing the work sets it. Every price on this page was listed by the business whose name is on the card.
How do I know the right person has turned up?
The business's vehicle details are shown to you in the app and the vehicle at your door has to match them. You give them a start code when they arrive, and you both confirm the arrival.
Is there a record of the work?
Photographs are taken before the work starts, while it is going on, and after it is finished.
What does it cost to cancel?
Nothing today, because nothing has been paid. Once paying on the site is switched on, cancelling close to the appointment will cost a graduated fee: a quarter of the job inside 48 hours, three quarters inside 12 hours, and the whole amount once they have arrived. It works the same way in both directions — a business that cancels on you pays the same.
