How booking one works

  1. Find an hour that's available

    Everything counted on this page is available time from a nearby business. You are choosing a particular hour from a particular business, not asking around for quotes.

  2. Book it, and it is held

    The hour comes off that business's day the moment you book it and stops being offered to anybody else. What happens about money is answered in the questions below.

  3. They arrive, and the work is recorded

    The business drives to you. The vehicle at your door has to match the details you were shown, you give them a start code, and photographs are taken before, during and after the work.

What is an open appointment?

Unbooked working time a nearby business has this week. You are picking a particular hour from a particular business rather than asking around for quotes, which is why every listing carries a time and a price before you press anything.

Do I need an account?

Booking needs an account and a card. Making the account is an email: you give an email address at the moment you book and type the six digits we send to it, then add a card on the same screen. Looking, comparing prices and messaging a business need no account at all, and neither does opening a booking you already have — the link in your confirmation still works on any phone.

How do I pay?

You pay on this site when you book, by card, and the price you see is the price you pay — nothing is added at checkout. Round The Way holds that payment until the job is done and then pays the business. The labor is paid for here, on the site, at the moment you book — with no cash and nothing paid at the door.

Who sets the prices?

The business doing the work sets it, and every price anywhere on Round The Way was listed by the business whose name is on the card. We do not price anything, mark anything up or recommend a figure.
